    What we look for

    We are looking for a skilled People & Culture Manager or Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. Your main responsibility within the first year is to build up our HR department from scratch, establishing effective processes and structures and implementing HR & Recruiting tools. You are going to conceptualize and implement an employer branding strategy, which will help us to attract talent And you will keep up a welcoming and healthy company culture and make sure, that it is also transferred to our international offices.

Your Profile
  • You hold a degree in business administration or social and economic sciences with a focus on human resources or a related field

  • You have relevant work experience of at least 4 years, ideally as HR generalist in a start-up or high-performance environment

  • It’s a big plus, if you have experience in German labour law, social security law and payroll

  • You have a high level of integrity, are empathic and easily build a trustful relationship with people

  • You always keep an extra-eye on details and guarantee high quality results

  • You display and value a pro-active, reliable, independent, structured and service-oriented working style

  • You are fluent in both German and English (in spoken and written)
